Introduction: The following Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “Terms”) govern the use of the services provided by Lera.Capital (hereinafter referred to as “We” or “Our”) and the investment activities conducted through our platform. By using our services and participating in investments, you agree to comply with these Terms. We strongly recommend that you carefully read and fully understand these Terms before using our services.

1. Eligibility: To utilize our services and engage in investments through Lera.Capital, you must be of legal age and possess the legal capacity to enter into financial contracts. You must also comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
2. Minimum Investment: The minimum investment required to partake in our investment opportunities is USD$100,000.00. However, initial investments may vary depending on the specific investment contract.
3. Investment Contracts: Our investment contracts have a fixed duration of 12 months and offer monthly returns ranging from 2% to 5%, depending on the investment amount. By entering into an investment contract, you commit to maintaining your investment for the duration of the contract.
4. Registration Process: To join Lera.Capital, you will be required to complete the registration process and provide accurate and up-to-date information. You may also be required to undergo a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to comply with financial regulations.
5. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and safeguarding the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity carried out on your account will be considered as conducted by you.
6. Fund Withdrawals: Withdrawals of funds from the initial capital are not permitted before the contract duration has been fulfilled. Investment returns and the original capital will be transferred to the bank account or USDT wallet specified by the investor at the contract’s end. All payouts are done automatically based on each contract terms by our system on time without the need of a withdrawal request from you.
7. Regulatory Compliance: We adhere to all applicable financial regulations and implement KYC processes to verify the identity of our investors. Any breach of regulations may result in the termination of your account.
8. Liability: You assume responsibility for all investments made through Lera.Capital and acknowledge that all investments carry risks. We do not guarantee specific results and are not responsible for financial losses.
9. Modifications to the Terms: We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be notified to the investors.
10. Term and Termination: These Terms shall remain in effect until terminated by you or by Lera.Capital. You may terminate your account at any time by notifying us in writing. We reserve the right to terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
