Standard procedure:

The first step is to complete the form below. Once submitted, the selected seller will contact the buyer directly and provide a security code for verification purposes. This code will be automatically sent to the buyer upon submitting the form. A video call between the buyer and seller will then be scheduled (coordinated by the seller). From that point, all further steps and details of the transaction will be arranged accordingly. The entire process — from form submission to successful completion of the transaction — must be completed within a maximum of 7 calendar days.

For operations in the United States, the average discount is 8%. Of this, 5% is for the final buyer, 1% covers the escrow service fee, and the remaining 2% is split between intermediaries (1% for each side). The transaction is facilitated through a seller-designated escrow agent located within the U.S., providing strong legal and operational security.

In Mexico, the average discount is 5%, with 3% directed to the final buyer and 2% allocated equally to buyer and seller intermediaries (1% each). Instead of a traditional escrow fee, the seller provides an insurance policy to secure the transaction. The operation itself is executed via a seller-designated escrow agent based in the United States.

In Spain, the average discount offered is 6%, with 4% allocated to the final buyer and 2% distributed among intermediaries (1% for the buyer’s side and 1% for the seller’s side). Transactions are secured through a seller-designated escrow agent based in London, ensuring a safe and compliant execution framework.

Lera.Capital does not charge any upfront fees and does not seek a commission from the transaction amount itself. However, for each contract successfully executed between the buyer and the seller, Lera.Capital will request a success fee of USD 50,000, to be paid by the buyer as a one-time bonus for facilitating the connection. This fee must be transferred in USDT after the transaction has been confirmed and settled.

The submitted CIS (Client Information Sheet) will be used exclusively for preliminary due diligence before any introduction is made. If the request is approved, the seller will contact the buyer directly and provide a unique security code for verification and peace of mind. This code is intended to ensure that the buyer is being contacted by the authorized seller only.
